HF500 series special vector inverter for lifting has excellent speed and torque control performance, advanced technology and reliable operation. HF500 series inverters can be used in ports, switchboards, shipbuilding, metallurgy, railways, cement and other industries.
☆High performance vector control inverter, mainly used for mechanical equipment with high requirements of large torque and heavy load;
☆ Excellent torque control performance,
Open/closed loop vector control can reach 200% output torque at zero speed;
☆ Strong overload capacity is allowed, 150% overload for 1 minute or 200% overload for 5 seconds every 5 minutes;
☆ Implement dynamic self-learning of the engine at 50% load;
☆ Swing and smooth swing control function, which can effectively control the swing amplitude of the load of the material handling equipment during operation and the torsion amplitude of its own swing mechanism.
