Job responsibilities:1. Responsible for the design and simulation analysis of the drive of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor;
2. Responsible for the research and development of a software package for driving a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor;
3.
Complete writing and debugging the appropriate code;
4. Assist hardware engineers in circuit verification and analysis;
5. Pay attention to the latest theories of motor drive and study ways to improve the performance of motor drive;
6. Preparation and submission of technical documentation during the design and development process.
Qualification:- Major in automation, power electronics, control engineering or related field, master's degree or higher;
- More than 5 years of design, software development and other related experience in the field of high-speed inverters; Have a deep understanding of the industry application of the product,
- and the products being developed are close to or reach the level of similar industry reference products;
- Knows the mathematical model of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, weak field control and various motor drive compensation algorithms; master initial angle identification, current loop optimization, etc.;
- Mastery of engine theory and engine control, able to effectively use theoretical knowledge and accumulated experience to optimize the design of engine starting characteristics, engine operating efficiency, engine dynamic response, engine stability, etc.;
- Proficiency in C/C++/assembly and other programming languages;
- Familiarized with the principle of operation of one or more position observers;
- Experience in torque/current ratio control, power output and other control technologies;
- Experience in dead time compensation, narrow pulse suppression, phase delay compensation,
- load noise suppression, motor parameter identification, high speed motor low switch system and harmonic suppression control;
- Good English reading skills, good communication skills, problem expression and analysis skills, teamwork spirit and strong learning ability;
- Experience developing a vector control algorithm for a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is desirable.
