HF632N series integrated special construction hoist machine is a set of inverter, logic control unit, brake unit, load limiter (weight module), locking module, auxiliary power module, brake power module, automatic leveling function,
external control circuit and device in one, to develop a special model construction hoist, the product has the advantages of exquisite appearance, comprehensive functional design, stable operation, automatic leveling precision and so on.
☆ It integrates inverter, construction hoist logic control unit, brake unit and motor braking power module;
☆ With open-loop brake failure protection function, if the brake appears after every elevator shutdown for a certain period of time,
the car is not held tightly and causes the car to slide down, the elevator can automatically hover in the car at zero speed and at the same time send a brake failure alarm to notify the driver to press the handle to lower the car to the ground,
and add a set of electrical protection functions based on the original mechanical anti-fall brake;
☆ Adopt open-loop vector control mode, professional and reliable logic brake opening timing, ensure that there is no feeling of “weightlessness” and “thrust” at the moment of opening the brake, and the start-stop comfort is good;
☆ It has open-loop vector zero speed function and large torque, which operates smoothly and reliably when crossing zero speed in forward and reverse directions, and does not rely on brake or DC braking as support, without any frustration;
☆ Built-in lifting weight limiter protection device, customers do not need to buy a weight limiter;
